The founder
Matt Masur
Founder & Chief Growth Engineer, Growth Mode Technologies
Matt started in technology at fourteen, working in a local computer store, and has spent more than thirty years in IT since — across government, manufacturing, education and non-profit organizations, in the kind of environments where the systems have to work on Monday morning whatever happened over the weekend.
Before Growth Mode he ran Click Stream Studios, his earlier venture. He founded Growth Mode Technologies to build a different kind of technology company: one that stays local, values its people, and treats customer service as the product rather than as something wrapped around it.
He speaks and podcasts regularly on business technology, and is a lifelong Central New York native — which is also why the office is somewhere you can drive to rather than a mailbox.
